Full-size motherboard of ATX format, built on the flagship chipset X870, intended for assembling a high-performance system with AMD Ryzen processors on Zen 4/Zen 5 architecture (series Ryzen 7000/8000/9000). It belongs to the Pro RS series, where the main focus is on the balance between technical equipment, reliability, and moderate price, positioned by the manufacturer as a universal option, which is equally suitable for a powerful gaming system or a workstation.

The ASRock X870 Pro RS WiFi is equipped with a powerful 16+2+1 phase power subsystem with large heatsinks and an 8-layer PCB, capable of providing stable power even for the most powerful Ryzen 9 models with significant overclocking. DDR5 memory support with a maximum frequency of 8000 MHz paired with support for XMP and EXPO profiles allows you to automatically set the optimal memory frequency without the need to independently change voltage and memory timings in the BIOS.

The set of interfaces corresponds to the flagship level chipset: one M.2 PCI-E 5.0 slot is intended for high-speed next-generation SSDs, another two slots are tailored for PCI-E 4.0 drives, plus there is support for USB 4, as well as HDMI and DisplayPort for connecting external monitors to processors with an integrated GPU. Network connectivity is handled by gigabit LAN and a Wi-Fi 6E module. The audio subsystem is built on the ALC897 codec with shielding and a dedicated zone to reduce interference. Externally, the model is maintained in the trademark Pro RS style: a restrained black-gray design, neat RGB lighting, and a pre-installed rear I/O shield, ensuring the board fits perfectly into most modern cases without the need for modding.
