Atran Velo Mooveable Flex. . Support foot that is fastened around your chain stay, so you do not need special mounting holes in the frame or other brackets. It is tightened with three torx screws, and a small key is included that you can buckle with. There are two extra spacers / brackets with, so it fits most frames. The support foot can carry a maximum of 25kg.
