The Northwave Himalayan boot is the perfect choice for MTB riding in cold and wet weather. The sole is made by Michelin and is made of two different rubber compounds. This combination provides a high rigidity and a good grip on most surfaces. The upper is made of synthetic leather and has a water-repellent surface. The boot is insulated with Thinsulate 400g and therefore provides good warmth even on cold days. The fastening system is the Northwave SL2 lacing system which allows you to fasten the boot quickly. In addition, there is a large flap which is placed over the lacing system and makes the whole thing more water-repellent. At the toes, there is extra reinforcement in case you hit rocks and roots.
